Our mission is to equip early-stage, new majority founders with the language, resources, investor networks, and mentorship they need to thrive and scale in a business world not designed for them. We provide real-world expertise from seasoned mentors who have raised capital, made multi-million dollar deals, and built thriving companies.
By challenging the status quo and breaking down barriers, we’re transforming the future of entrepreneurship — helping historically excluded founders across the U.S. make empowered choices, secure funding, grow their companies, and gain recognition in prestigious programs like Pharrell Williams’s Black Ambition, Techstars, and Culture Shift.

Our focus is on supporting and shining the spotlight on Black, Brown, Asian, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, and founders with disabilities, working with B2B partners like accelerators, venture capital firms, and industry networks to help diversify the entrepreneurial landscape until we create a massive systemic shift in dynamics.
We are creating a vibrant village where underestimated founders learn how to navigate and master the system in scalable and sustainable ways.

Ana Pompa Alarcón is an LA-based entrepreneur and immigrant who has made a remarkable impact on the startup world. She has built two successful businesses, scaled startups in 38 countries, and secured multiple rounds of funding — standing out as one of the few Latina immigrants to do so.
With global competition wins and key partnerships with capital providers in both the U.S. and Mexico, Ana is relentlessly committed to diversifying the entrepreneurial landscape. Her mission is to support, educate, and equip intersectional founders to thrive in a system often designed to keep them out — creating real pathways to success for those historically excluded from the standard entrepreneurial ecosystem.
